The presentation of the “e-lianiko” action was held today at business representatives of the city at the Business Support Center of the Municipality of Piraeus with the presence of a few participants in compliance with the safety measures against COVID – 19.

The Mayor of Piraeus Mr. Giannis Moralis and the Deputy Mayor of Planning and Development Mr. Dimitris Karydis welcomed at the newly established Center the President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Piraeus Mr. Vassilis Korkidis, the President of the Professional Chamber of Commerce Mr. Giannis Voutsina, the 2nd Vice President of the Piraeus Chamber of Crafts Mr. George Papamanolis and the President of the Piraeus Chamber of Commerce Mr. Thodoris Kapralos. They were informed about the services of the Business Support Center regarding the «e-lianiko» action.

The CEO of ICAP, Mr. Nikitas Konstandellos addressed the attendees while the action was presented by Ms. Anastasia Zacharaki, Deputy Project Manager of the Centre.

The action «e-lianiko» is a subsidized program of the Ministry of Development and Investments implemented through EPANEK, to support small and medium enterprises to create an e-shop.

Companies that want to participate in the action can use the services of the Business Support Center. The BSC consultants will prepare the «e-lianiko», application free of charge. If the application is successful, the selected companies will receive funding to start an online store or upgrade an existing one while also receiving consulting support.
